		<description>those look delicious!!  I make little pecan tarts in the mini pan.... you have got to get the little wooden press from Pampered Chef.  It looks like a mini dumbbell and all you do is dip it in flour and then flatten out the ball and it goes right up the sides.  It has made using this pan as easy as 1-2-3.  And no I&#039;m not a consultant, just love the product.</description>

		<description>These look really good.  I&#039;m guessing the part that takes the longest is pressing the dough into the mini muffin cups, at least that&#039;s how it always works for me.  Otherwise they look pretty easy, and I&#039;d just be done before the garnish part.  Yep, too lazy for that.

I understand that cook at the last minute post it later thing.  I just haven&#039;t figured out how to take pictures as I cook - too messy, I guess.  I think maybe one of those waterproof cameras would be good so it doesn&#039;t matter.  No matter how messy it gets, you can just rinse it off later!</description>
