I am going to try this recipe today. I actually had a somewhat similar recipe I was going to try but it required cream cheese which I forgot to buy. I think this will be just as good and not as fattening. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

PS: I almost snorted Dr. Pepper out of my nose when I read your blog about the instant pudding…I’ve got a funny food coloring story I should tell you sometime. Doesn’t everyone love red pumpkin pie?? (Bought a box of vanilla extract, didn’t read the bottle, and proceeded to dump red food coloring into my pie mix. WONderfullll….LOL)
