I love, love, love it. Unfortunately I have to back off of it since spoiled dairy products (sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese) are migraine triggers. This post is making me hungry. It looks soooo yummy. We add corn and black beans to our taco salad. And sometimes we substitute rice and chicken for the ground beef. Yup, really customizable. And now I am going to fix lunch. At 9:30 in the morning. My mom swears by Breakstone sour cream. I love, love, love it.
