		<description>Soup!  You can make lots of soups and stews, yummy.

Roast!!! Cut up some potatoes and carrots and throw them in the bottom, put a small roast on top add some broth or onion soup mix and let it cook all day.  yummmy, even I can&#039;t mess that up and you can use a cheap cut of meat so it&#039;s not expensive :)

barbecued chicken! add chicken, pour barbecue sauce on top, cook.</description>

I just used my &quot;slow cooker&quot; yesterday! I&#039;m always in charge of the mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so I put the slow cooker on the &quot;keep warm&quot; setting. Then all the mashed potatoes go in and they stay warm during the drive to whoever&#039;s having the dinner and we plug them in when we get there. There&#039;s a lot you can do with it but I mostly used it when cooking for a big group.</description>
